Welcome to Just-In (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (just-in.ng), products, and services. By accessing our platform or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.
Important: These terms contain limitations of liability, jurisdiction clauses, and other important provisions. Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders (website, WhatsApp, or other channels) are subject to product availability and our acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
- Pricing errors or inaccuracies
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of purchase limits
- Order confirmation occurs only when:
- Full payment is received (for prepaid orders)
- We send an order confirmation email/SMS
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable
- Accepted payment methods:
- Paystack (cards, bank transfers)
- Flutterwave
- Direct bank transfer to our corporate accounts
- Cash on delivery (select locations only)
- We reserve the right to:
- Adjust prices without prior notice
- Change payment options at any time
- Require additional verification for large orders
- Customers are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees
3. Delivery
- Jos Metro: Same-day/next-day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm
- Other Locations: Delivery via third-party couriers (1-5 business days)
- Delivery fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout
- Customers must:
- Provide accurate delivery addresses
- Ensure someone is available to receive orders
- Inspect deliveries before signing/accepting
- We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by logistics providers
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Refused/unclaimed packages
4. Returns & Refunds
- Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms
- Key conditions:
- 24 hours return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused with original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Refund processing:
- 5-10 business days after approval
- Original payment method only
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
5. User Accounts
- Account holders must:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain password confidentiality
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Abuse of our systems or staff
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
6. Product Information
- We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee:
- Color matching across different device screens
- Exact product dimensions
- Packaging identical to website images
- Product specifications may change without notice from manufacturers
- Customers should review all product details before purchasing
7. Intellectual Property
- All Just-In content is protected by copyright, including:
- Website text and graphics
- Product descriptions and images
- Logo and branding elements
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action
- Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use only
8. Third-Party Services
- We may integrate with third-party services including:
- Payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave)
- Logistics providers
- Social media platforms
- These services have their own terms and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service interruptions
- Content on external platforms
- Transactions processed by third parties
9. Limitation of Liability
- Just-In shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters)
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product(s)
- This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law
10. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Changes become effective upon posting on our website
- Your continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
- Material changes will be communicated via email (for registered users)
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Nigerian law
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts
- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply
